Ritco Physiotherapy & Allied Health was established in 2018 by Rits Rana. She is a qualified physiotherapist and the Director of the company. We started with a simple mission – to provide the most comprehensive and convenient allied health service to people across diverse age, health and professional sectors. Motivated by a need to make therapy services accessible to vulnerable population groups, we decided to organise the company to be an exclusively mobile provider in the disability and community aged care sector. Simultaneously, we established a reliable reputation within the residential aged care sector, actively engaging with aged care managers to recruit, train and place talented therapy staff to work at their facilities.

Our Journey
Since our inception, we have grown in both size and experience and now encompass a multidisciplinary suite of practitioners including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and dietitians. We are registered under the NDIS for Therapeutic Supports and specialise in providing mobile services at your doorstep. We provide services under the NDIS, Home Care Package, Short Term Care, Commonwealth Home Support and Medicare programs.
We continue to actively work with stakeholders in the community aged care and disability health sectors to contribute a worthwhile and long lasting presence within their health services spectrum. With a suite of both experienced and early year professionals, we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and organisational systems. We are dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our stakeholders and staff by cultivating a culture of therapy service provision that goes above and beyond the call of duty.
